Service Scope
ConcoreAI builds and deploys custom multi-agent AI marketing systems tailored to each client's business. The scope, deliverables, and timeline are defined per engagement.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate business information, grant reasonable access to marketing platforms, and respond promptly to strategy requests. Delays may affect timelines.
Intellectual Property
The AI agents and systems we build are owned by ConcoreAI. All campaign data, strategy insights, and performance analytics generated for your business belong to you.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We do not disclose client data or strategies to third parties without explicit permission.
Limitation of Liability
ConcoreAI is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of our systems. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, client data is returned and systems are decommissioned.
